TRANSPORT
WE DELIVER ALL OVER THE WORLD

We are on a regular basis shipping to more than 50 counties around the world. To make this happen in a fast, smooth and effective way we early on decided to partner up with FedEx. Every day FedEx picks up our shipments at 4 in the afternoon (CET). If you have an urgent shipping request we need to receive this not later than 2 in the afternoon (CET).

We are using FedEx Economy for intra-European shipments and in these days with shipping challenges, we are using FedEx priority for all shipments going outside Europe.

Please be aware that we are always trading Ex works (EXW), the transport risk is transferred to the purchaser when leaving the Lopolight warehouse. You have the opportunity to appoint you own shipping agency or ask us to take out insurance with FedEx for the shipment on your account.

MANAGEMENT
WE HAVE A VERY STRONG CONTROL

When producing your lights we are following some very strict quality management protocols, both to satisfy the demands for our type approvals under the MED directive – the “Wheelmark” and ISO 9001. Among many other things this means that with the serial number you find engraved on top of your light we will know when your light was produced, who was involved and which components was used.

When we ship your order, we will also know which serial number you are receiving, in order to service you better in some future situation.

WARRANTY
STRONG WARRANTY PROGRAM

Lopolight offers a limited 5-year warranty on all our products*. The warranty is limited to the products only, installation costs or damages occurred due to malfunctioning products is outside the given warranty. In addition to the warranty Lopolight is also paying for shipment if the product is less than 2 years old, for replacement of older products we will be asking for a modest transportation fee. For products that are claimed outside the 5 year period we even have a program to support you, if the light is more than 5 years old but under 10 years we will offer you a new replacement at 50% of the current list price. It will speed up the claim process if you provide pictures of the problem product. In addition to the picture types outlined, please include close-up pictures of the optics.

In addition to speeding up the process, it helps our ambition to avoid asking for the product to be returned, we will only ask for a return if the root cause of the failure is not established with the descriptions and photos received.

CERTIFICATIONS

Lopolight has changed all our M.E.D. “Wheelmark” certificates to DNV, due to Brexit Lloyds Register was not able to handle our certificates after December 31st.
