REFIT PROGRAM

Navigation light Refit program That is an easy-to-install for your vessel!

Four Steps to a Successful Navigation Light Refit Plan

1. FREE initial compliance and ship check:

Our process begins with a free, comprehensive inspection of your vessel’s current navigation lights. Our team of experts will assess the condition of your existing lights, checking for any issues that could affect safety, functionality, or compliance. This evaluation also includes a review of the latest maritime regulations to identify any gaps in compliance with standards such as Lloyd’s, ABS, USCG, and IMO. This step ensures we have a clear understanding of your vessel’s needs before moving forward.

2. Customized Refit Plan:

Following the initial inspection, we develop a tailored refit plan designed to address the unique needs of your vessel. This plan outlines the necessary upgrades, specifying the types of navigation lights that will best suit your yacht’s design and usage. Lopolight’s are energy-efficient, low-profile lights that not only meet regulatory standards but also enhance the overall aesthetics of your vessel. Our goal is to ensure the upgrade is both cost-effective and aligned with your preferences and operational requirements.

3. Professional Installation:

Once the plan is approved, our certified technicians get to work on the installation. With years of experience in maritime lighting, our team ensures that each navigation light is installed to the highest standards of safety and performance. We handle all aspects of the installation process, from removing outdated fixtures to mounting and wiring the new lights. Our careful attention to detail guarantees that the lights are securely installed and fully operational, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

4. Final Compliance Check and Training:

After the installation is complete, we perform a thorough final compliance check. This involves testing the newly installed navigation lights to ensure they function correctly and meet all required maritime regulations.

We verify that your vessel is fully compliant with the latest standards, providing you with a detailed report and certification. Additionally, we offer training for your crew on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the new navigation lights. This hands-on training ensures your team is knowledgeable about the new system, can quickly address any potential issues, and can maintain optimal performance, providing you with confidence and peace of mind for every journey.

- That you can depend on!

The ice-class functionality has been integrated from the early design phase; this gives a number of advantages that you can read about below. The ability to truly monitor the light, that the light can be thawed when in the ‘off’ position, only needing 1 cable for both light and heating and that we only use a fraction of the energy that our competition needs all comes together in a unique product. Did we say that there is no problem in mixing ice-class lights with regular Lopolight nav lights in a installation?
