LOPOLIGHT PRODUCT RANGE HAS BEEN EXPANDED WITH A WHITE SERIES OF LIGHTS.
We have often been asked to supply lights with a white surface instead of the standard silver or black.
THE LOPOLIGHT WHITE SERIES
Until now it has not been possible to create such a surface that was feasible in a production environment and acceptable to our quality standards.
Thankfully the wait is over, and we can now offer a range of navigation and deck/interior lights in a white finish.
The technical solution is quite impressive. As you know a Lopolight is normally presented with an anodized surface, 25 microns for the grey/silver version or 50 microns for the black version.
The protection we get from the anodizing is superb and we really do not have any issues with it.

The process that gives us the white lights is possibly even better and stronger: Initially the aluminum components are anodized but the process is interrupted before the normal sealing and coloring processes and the ‘open pored’ components are immediately after sprayed with a superthin ceramic coating that has the color of choice.
The coating is a proven process ‘Cerakote’. The combination of anodizing and coating creates a very tough and beautiful surface.
